After careful consideration, we have decided to shut down our shared hosting service on 31 October 2023, in order to focus our resources and efforts on cloud technology. This decision was not made lightly, but we believe it is necessary to provide you with better products and improve the overall quality of our services while ensuring the sustainability of our company.
We want to clarify that this announcement only affects those who are subscribed to our shared hosting plans, including both personal and business plans. If you are not a shared hosting subscriber, kindly disregard this message.
As a result of this announcement, we would like to outline the options available to you:
Option 1: Migrate to Another Web Hosting Provider We recommend that you migrate your website to another web hosting provider before the termination date. This will ensure that your website remains accessible and your data remains intact. If you require assistance or have any questions regarding the migration process, our support team will be available to provide guidance and support.
Option 2: Move to Our Cloud VPS Plan Alternatively, you have the option to move your website to our cloud VPS (Virtual Private Server) plan. If you choose this option, please contact us via a support ticket, and our team will assist you with the transition. Moving to our cloud VPS plan will allow you to continue enjoying our services while benefiting from the enhanced capabilities of cloud technology. Our VPS servers come with CyberPanel as the server control panel, providing you with a user-friendly interface to manage your server. Additionally, you will have root access to the server, giving you complete control and flexibility.

Prorated Credits and Utilization Options
All payments made for your current shared web hosting plan will be prorated until the termination date. The remaining credit will be automatically applied to your customer account with us. You can utilize this credit to subscribe to new domains, renew existing domains, subscribe to our VPS plan, purchase SSL certificates, email hosting, and more. We understand that this may be a significant change for you, and we want to ensure that you can continue to benefit from our services in other capacities.
Domain Services
Please note that while we are discontinuing our shared hosting service, our domain registration and renewal services will continue to be available. Domains are one of our core business areas, and we are actively expanding to enhance our cloud technology offerings.
Reminder
We cannot stress enough the importance of taking action before the termination date. Once the termination date arrives, all website content, DNS records, emails, and databases associated with your shared hosting plan will be permanently deleted, and there will be no option for data recovery. To avoid any inconvenience, we strongly urge you to make the necessary arrangements and ensure that your website and data are safely transferred to a new hosting provider or our cloud VPS plan.
